Bench frames to be constructed of mill finish aluminum, 6061-T6 alloy.  All joints to be welded utilizing the Mig process, filler material to be 5356.  All planking to be 6063-T6, with 204-R1 anodized clear finish.  All exposed frame ends shall be capped with cast plugs, all seat and backrest (as required) shall be fitted with heavy duty channel end caps.   All connecting hardware to be hot dipped galvanized.
